How to Link Your Aeroplan Account in MyBell

Follow the steps below to link your Aeroplan account to your Bell account and start earning points.

Step-by-Step Instructions
 

1. Log into MyBell

   Open the MyBell app on your mobile device/tablet or visit MyBell in your web browser.

2. Navigate to My Services

   • New Bell Customers: Go to My Services, locate the Aeroplan section, and click Link Aeroplan account.

   • Existing Mobility or Internet Customers: Go to My Services, find your Aeroplan offer tile under the Recommended for you section, and select Link today.

3. Select Your Loyalty Program

   In the Available loyalty programs section, select Link Aeroplan account.

4. Enter Your Details

   Enter your 9-digit Aeroplan number and click Link Aeroplan account.

5. Confirmation

   Once submitted, you will see a confirmation message on your screen stating that your account has been successfully linked.

Having Trouble? Common Error Solutions
 

• Invalid Entry: Double-check your 9-digit Aeroplan number to ensure there are no typos, then try submitting again.

• Too Many Attempts: If you receive a warning about too many attempts, please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

• Maximum Accounts Linked: Your Aeroplan card may already be linked to the maximum allowed number of Bell accounts. You will need to use a different Aeroplan number or contact Aeroplan Support.

• Unable to Complete Request / Technical Error: Please wait a short while and try again. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to Aeroplan Support for assistance.
