To set up pre-authorized payments for your Bell account online through the MyBell website or the MyBell mobile app.
Using the MyBell App
- Open the MyBell app on your phone.
- Log in with your username and password if you are not automatically recognized.
- Tap Services or Bills at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Set-up pre-authorized payments.
- Choose your payment type (bank account or credit card).
- Enter your payment details (transit number and account number for a bank, or card number and expiry for a credit card).
- Review the details, read the terms and conditions, and tap I agree or Submit.
Using the Bell Website
- Go to the Bell website and click Log in / Register.
- Log in to your MyBell account.
- Click on Sign up for pre-authorized payments.
- Choose either Bank account or Credit card as your payment method.
- Type in your financial information (such as transit, institution, and account numbers or credit card data).
- Review the terms and conditions, then click Submit to finish
